4 THINGS TO DO OVER THE SUMMER...

1. Watch movies

Make a movie night with you and your friends. Pop some popcorn and watch 3 movies. Make the first movie be a comedy film. To get ideas, consider websites with like:

    2.  Enter a contest

Who wouldn't want to win a prize? Using my google toolbar right above my followers, look for contests.

   3. Change up your hair-do.

You can't always get a makeover like most talkshows give away. But what you can do is change up your hair. Check out hair magazines located anywhere (including your local grocery stores) and see which hairstyle suits you. If you want to get a haircut at a lower price, beauty schools are always offering a haircut at a much cheaper price than a salon.
 
  4. READ!!

Check online for new releases such as Lauren Barnholdt's new books (more info about her new books at http://laurenbarnholdt.com/). Or you can always visit a bookstore or library to find a great book.

Hello.
My name is Kenia and I am from the city of San Diego located at California!
This blog is dedicated to all those people who are inside their home in a hot summer day (or a cold winter day) with nothing to do. You can always come by my blog and check out the "new stuff around the corner."
First off, I want you to know a little more about me rather than just knowing where I live (unless ofcourse you're trying to stalk me):

1.) I have the most adorable pet bunny named Bonja.
2.) I hope to write my own novels later on in life.
3.) I hate "Twilight" fans because I used to love reading and watching movies about vampires until "Twilight" fans came along and made the image of vampires crappy.
4.) I get really sentimental about animals. I've cried over SO many pets that have past away (also the reason why my mom refuses to buy a new dog).
5.) I love to read!!
6.) Never in my life has my family owned a DVD player. We only have our old VCR...and yes, I know it's 2010.
7.) I will be entering my freshmen year after this vacation.
8.) Although I love animals, I've never liked small dogs. GO BIG DOGS!
9.) I hate tasting new food. I am very picky about the things I eat. I prefer sticking to dishes I already know about.
10.) Kids in my school think I have a weird taste of music when they look at my iPod and find Pink Floyd, The Doors, Sex Pistols, and other old rock bands.They expect to find new stuff like Kesha and Rihanna. Truth is I like to stick to classic rock and also underground bands.
